Booking Policy

Advance Payment
A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm any booking.
Booking Confirmation
Bookings will be considered confirmed only after the advance payment has been successfully received.
Remaining Payment
The remaining booking amount must be paid before or during the journey as agreed.
Driver Details
Driver and vehicle details will be shared before the scheduled pickup time.
Changes to Booking
Any modifications to the booking must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund requests will be handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Travel Timing
Customers are requested to be available at the pickup location on time to avoid delays.
