At Odisha Travel Hub, we strive to provide reliable and hassle-free travel services. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before confirming your booking.

Booking Confirmation

To confirm any cab booking, airport transfer, sightseeing tour, or tour package, a minimum advance payment of 30% of the total booking amount is required.

Bookings will be considered confirmed only after the advance payment has been successfully received and acknowledged by Odisha Travel Hub.

Cancellation Policy

More Than 48 Hours Before Travel

If a booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled travel date and time, the advance payment will be refunded in full.

Between 24 and 48 Hours Before Travel

If a booking is cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled travel date and time, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.

Less Than 24 Hours Before Travel

If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled travel date and time, no refund will be provided.

No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to appear at the pickup location without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a No-Show, and the advance payment will be non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days through the original payment method used during booking.

Refund timelines may vary depending on banking institutions and payment gateways.

Rescheduling Policy

Customers may request to reschedule their booking before the travel date. Rescheduling requests are subject to vehicle availability and operational feasibility.

Additional charges may apply if the revised travel date falls during peak seasons, festivals, or high-demand periods.

Force Majeure

Odisha Travel Hub shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Floods

  • Cyclones

  • Road closures

  • Government restrictions

  • Political disturbances

  • Public emergencies

In such cases, bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability.
